Refund policy

7 Days Replacement or Return for Wrong or Faulty Products:

If you receive a product that is incorrect or faulty, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or return. The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.

Return or Replacement Criteria:
1. We will not accept returns or replacements for change of mind. Please ensure you are certain about your order before completing the purchase.
2. Items that are used by the buyer, damaged, or missing original packaging and tags will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Process:
If a replacement is not available, a refund for the purchase price of the item will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
